pak999 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & User Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to pak999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pak999 platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated products and services available at pak999.ws ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by pak999 ("we", "us", "our", "pak999").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the pak999 Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the pak999 Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the pak999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the binding agreement between you and pak999. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use the pak999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pak999 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be located in, or accessing pak999 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets on pak999.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pak999 or its affiliated companies.

pak999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. If satisfactory proof cannot be provided, pak999 will suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. Where a player is confirmed to be underage, the account will be closed, all deposits will be returned, and any winnings generated on that account will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on pak999, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional information requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

One account per person. Each individual may hold only one pak999 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are discovered, pak999 reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or close all associated accounts;
• Void all bets placed from duplicate accounts;

pak999 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pak999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are available for deposits and withdrawals on pak999:

Deposit Conditions: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pak999 does not accept deposits made on behalf of other players, or from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits are credited to your pak999 balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.

Withdrawal Conditions: All withdrawals on pak999 must be made to a payment account in your own name, matching the name on your pak999 account. pak999 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Weekly withdrawal limits apply and vary by VIP tier — full details are available on the VIP Club page. pak999 does not charge fees on withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply charges that are outside pak999's control.

Source of Funds: By depositing on pak999, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are legitimately earned and belong to you personally. pak999 operates anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and may request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds at any point.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pak999 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free bets, and cashback rewards to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all pak999 bonus offers unless the individual promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to registered pak999 players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each promotion.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Where a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover requirement") applies to a bonus, it must be met in full before any associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements on pak999 promotions specify which games and product categories contribute to rollover calculations. Game contributions vary — refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution percentages.
• pak999 reserves the right to refuse, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of terms, collusion, or where the player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances on pak999. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, pak999 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any associated winnings from the withdrawal.
• VIP Club cashback is credited weekly and carries no wagering requirement on pak999, as detailed on the VIP Club page. All other specific bonus terms apply.
• pak999 may alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonuses already credited to player accounts are honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the pak999 Platform across all product categories including sports betting, PSL betting, online casino, poker, crash games, and card games:

• All bets are placed at the player's own risk. pak999 does not provide betting advice and is not responsible for the outcome of any bet or game.
• Bets accepted by pak999 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled by the player after confirmation except where specific in-game cash-out features are available.
• pak999 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing, result manipulation, technical errors, or circumstances that materially change the nature of the event.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the outcome of a bet or game, pak999 will use all available records to determine the correct result. Where a result cannot be determined with confidence, pak999 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all products on pak999. These limits may vary by product, market, and player VIP tier. pak999 reserves the right to reduce bet limits for individual players at its discretion without prior notice.
• Odds and game outcomes on pak999 are determined by certified and independently audited systems. pak999 does not manipulate odds or game outcomes in any manner beyond the standard house edge built into each product's mathematical model.
• In poker, all hands are dealt by a certified random number generator (RNG). pak999's poker room operates under strict anti-collusion monitoring. Suspected collusion between players is investigated, and accounts found to be involved are closed with balances forfeited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pak999 and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent ban:

1. Underage gambling: Accessing pak999 while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
2. Identity fraud: Registering with false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen identity documents.
3. Multiple accounts: Operating more than one pak999 account without prior written authorisation.
4. Money laundering: Using pak999 as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities.
5. Match-fixing and cheating: Placing bets on events where you have advance knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome, or attempting to influence the outcome of any event on which you have an active bet.
6. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, tournaments, or any other multiplayer game format on pak999.
7. Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or exploit systems on pak999 without explicit written permission.
8. Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to pak999. All chargeback disputes must be resolved directly with pak999 support first.
9. Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, technical faults, or odds errors on pak999 to generate artificial profits. Such bets are void.
10. VPN and location spoofing: Using VPNs, proxies, or other location-masking tools to access pak999 from a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited.

pak999 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, pak999 reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation, report relevant information to appropriate authorities, and pursue civil or criminal remedies where permitted by applicable law.

8. Privacy & Personal Data

pak999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on pak999, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by pak999 is used for the following core purposes: account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, payment processing, and communication about your account and relevant promotions.

pak999 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data sharing with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) is conducted solely for the purpose of delivering services to you as a pak999 player.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use pak999 solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pak999 content without prior written permission from pak999.

Unauthorised use of pak999's intellectual property is grounds for immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• pak999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak999 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its games.
• pak999 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to betting losses, data loss, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes.
• pak999's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action is limited to the total net deposits made by that player to pak999 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• pak999 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions that affect your ability to place bets or access the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Pakistani consumer protection law or other applicable legislation.

12. Account Termination

Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your pak999 account at any time by contacting support@pak999.ws. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided all verification requirements are met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

Termination by pak999: pak999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Inactive account status — accounts that have had no login or financial activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked inactive, and pak999 may apply a monthly dormancy maintenance fee of Rs 200 to such accounts after written notice;
• Any other circumstance where pak999 reasonably determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon account closure by pak999 for legitimate reasons unrelated to Terms violations, verified balances will be returned within 10 business days. Balances associated with accounts closed due to violations remain subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of your pak999 experience, please follow this process:

1. Contact Support: Submit your complaint to pak999's support team via live chat or email at support@pak999.ws, providing full details of the issue including relevant dates, bet IDs, and transaction references.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, request escalation to a senior member of pak999's Player Experience team. Escalated complaints are reviewed within 5 business days.
3. Final Review: For disputes that remain unresolved after escalation, pak999 will conduct a formal internal review. The outcome of this review is communicated in writing and represents pak999's final position on the matter.

pak999's decisions on sporting event outcomes, bet settlements, and game results are final where they are based on certified data feeds or certified RNG outputs. These outcomes are not subject to reversal except in cases of verified technical error as determined by pak999's technical team.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pak999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pak999 will notify registered players via email or an on-screen notification upon login. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the pak999 Platform after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using pak999 and request account closure before the changes take effect.
